Phase 1 of the renovation at Pine Ridge Elementary has been completed, and the construction team has quickly begun work on phase 2. Here are some completion photos for phase 1:
Pine Ridge originally did not have any lockers. In phase 1 the first section of lockers was installed for the students, with several more to come throughout the project. Classrooms, corridors, and restrooms were also updated in phase 1. Things that aren't as easy to see but have been added are a new watermain line, fire protection and updated alarm systems.
Phase 2A & 2B will be ready for use this coming August. Several standard classrooms as well as the art room, music room, the cafeteria and restrooms and more lockers are on the work-list for phase 2.
